Perfect Skin Berlin & U The Longevity Club at the “Don’t Die Summit” – learning from Bryan Johnson, the most measured human on earth

Who could teach us more about health, longevity and peak performance than Bryan Johnson? As the most measured human on earth, Bryan is a role model for anyone who wants to get their body into top shape. With a team of 30 scientists, a strict daily routine and unprecedented results, he shows what is possible with precision, science and discipline. That’s why it was clear to us: we would travel from Germany to Los Angeles to be there live at the “Don’t Die Summit” – an event unlike any other in the biohacking community.

Bryan Johnson – a biohacker who sets the standard

Bryan Johnson, 47, has made a name for himself not only as a successful entrepreneur but also as a pioneer of modern longevity. His impressive data speaks for itself:

  • Biological age: 36 years.
  • Epigenetic age: 27 years.
  • Fitness level: Equivalent to an 18-year-old.

With a tailor-made daily plan – from 1,977 calories a day to more than 100 supplements to cutting-edge technology – he optimizes every aspect of his life. His goal is not just to live longer, but to live better, with minimal biological wear and tear.

From Germany to Los Angeles – for the best of the best

At Perfect Skin Berlin and U The Longevity Club, we have made it our mission to always stay on the cutting edge. If there is one source that is defining the future of biohacking, it’s Bryan Johnson. And if we don’t learn from him – then from whom?

That’s exactly why I flew from Germany to Los Angeles. It’s not just about discovering new ideas and tools, but also about making sure that at Perfect Skin and Longevity U we can pass on the very best to our community.

A day full of biohacking highlights

The “Don’t Die Summit” was an exclusive event with only 1,000 participants – and that’s exactly what made it so special. It didn’t feel like a typical conference, but like a get-together among friends.

A morning full of energy

The day started with a Morning Rave, a mix of party and movement that sent the energy soaring instantly. Bryan Johnson himself danced right among us, together with his son – not aloof, but on equal footing. It was a moment that showed how Bryan lives and loves his community.

From the Morning Rave to Blueprint tech

Healthy food, the way it should be

For breakfast, there was Bryan’s own Nutty Pudding with berries – a taste experience that perfectly matches his vision of clean, nutrient-rich eating. For lunch, there was a choice of lentils, vegetables and chicken for meat lovers as well as a vegetarian option – another example of nutrition without compromise.

Technology explorer – biohacking in action

The exhibitors were handpicked – only brands that Bryan uses himself were there. This built trust and made the experience unique. Highlights included:

  • Hyperbaric chambers
  • Red light masks
  • 8sleep beds
  • Medicinal mushrooms in handy cases
  • Nasal sprays with peptides
  • Neurosym devices from parasym
  • Blue light blocking glasses
  • Bryan’s Blueprint products, including his longevity mix, which you could try on site

Talks and personal insights

Bryan gave a talk on health, habits and systems. His message was clear: knowledge alone isn’t enough – what matters are systems that help you stay consistent. Here are some of his key thoughts:

  • No cheat days: For Bryan, it’s easier to give something up completely than to make the occasional exception.
  • Trust in systems, not chance: Bryan always brings his own food and doesn’t eat anything while traveling, to make sure it meets his standards.
  • Schools as a new mission: Bryan shared a new plan that could revolutionize schools. He is working on a certification, similar to Michelin, that stands for clean food free of heavy metals and other contaminants – “Bryan Johnson approved”.

His scientist was also on stage and answered numerous questions. A particularly entertaining moment: a bold participant asked Bryan whether he was single – which got a lot of laughs and showed how approachable and humorous Bryan is.

A family, not a conference

The event ended with an emotional Farewell Singing, where all participants sang together – a moment that showed it’s not just about biohacking, but also about community. The family atmosphere, combined with the limited number of participants, made the “Don’t Die Summit” one of the most valuable experiences we have ever had in the world of biohacking.

What we’re taking away – and what’s next?

For us at Perfect Skin Berlin and U The Longevity Club, the “Don’t Die Summit” was more than just a source of inspiration. It confirmed that we are on the right track – and it is a commitment to make the best of the biohacking world accessible to you.

By the way: Bryan personally promised us he would hold an event in Germany. Stay tuned – the future of biohacking might be closer than you think!

What does this mean for our community?

The knowledge and insights I brought back from the “Don’t Die Summit” flow directly into what we offer. Whether in our blood tests, infusions or longevity programs – we use the latest scientific findings to help you reach your full potential.

Bryan’s top lessons that we are integrating:

  • Precision is key: Everything you do – from nutrition to sleep to training – should be measurable and optimizable.
  • Longevity starts early: It’s never too early to invest in your health.
  • Knowledge is power: The more you know about your body, the better you can support it.

Join the Movement – Let’s Hack Your Longevity!

The “Don’t Die Summit” inspired me to push our mission even further. Our blood tests, programs and treatments are not only state of the art – they are part of a global movement that is redefining the limits of health and longevity.

If you want to be part of this movement, come by and let’s find out together how to take your health to the next level. Who knows – maybe the next longevity pioneer will come from our community.

Let’s hack your health!
