ThermaDAS Endolifting is a minimally invasive medical treatment for targeted tightening under the skin.

In contrast to HIFU or other technologies that work from the outside, the energy with ThermaDAS is released directly in the tissue, exactly where collagen build-up, tissue thickening and tightening occur. As a result, the skin can be visibly strengthened and contoured from the inside out. The treatment works precisely in the deeper tissue layers and thus enables targeted tightening, often with a directly visible first effect and collagen stimulation that lasts for weeks.

The final result develops gradually over several months.

What is ThermaDAS®?

ThermaDAS is a minimally invasive medical endolift procedure for targeted tightening and tissue densification under the skin. Thermal energy is precisely introduced into the deeper tissue layers via the finest microfibers to stimulate collagen formation, skin tightening and contour definition from the inside out. The treatment is particularly suitable for tightening sagging face and body areas and enables natural-looking results without surgical facelift. ThermaDAS is ideal for tightening sagging facial contours and defining the jawline. The tissue is tightened from within in a targeted way, making the face look clearer, fresher and more contoured.

Sagging cheeks and so-called jowls can be visibly reduced. Targeted collagen stimulation makes the face look more harmonious and youthful.

The neck is one of the areas where skin laxity becomes visible particularly quickly. ThermaDAS can firm the skin structure and noticeably improve the contours of the neck.

Mild skin laxity under the eyes or in the upper cheek area can be gently tightened. The eye area looks fresher, more awake and revitalized.

Before each treatment, a detailed medical consultation and skin analysis is carried out. Together, the desired areas, the individual options and the appropriate treatment concept are determined.

Preparation of the skin

The regions to be treated are carefully cleaned and disinfected. This is followed by local anesthesia to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.

The ThermaDAS Endolifting

Directly after the treatment

What is the difference to HIFU or radio frequency?

In contrast to many instrumental treatments, ThermaDAS does not work superficially from the outside, but directly in the tissue under the skin. This allows the energy to be directed into the tissue layer in which the tightening occurs.

Is the treatment painful?

The treatment is carried out under local anesthesia and is usually well tolerated. During the treatment, a slight feeling of warmth or tension may occur.

When do you see the first results?

REGENERATION & DOWNTIME: QUICK FACTS

The downtime after a ThermaDAS endolift is significantly reduced compared to a surgical facelift. Since the treatment is minimally invasive, patients are usually quickly socially acceptable again.

Slight swelling, redness or small hematomas may occur immediately after the treatment. These usually subside within a few days. A slight feeling of tension in the treated area is also possible and part of the desired tightening effect.

Depending on the region treated and the individual healing process, most patients are able to return to everyday life after just a few days. Intensive sporting activities, sauna or strong sunlight should be avoided for a short time.
