Every treatment begins with a personal consultation. Our experts assess the condition of your skin, the body areas concerned and your individual aesthetic goals. Together, we decide which zones should be treated – for example the abdomen, buttocks, legs or arms – and how the two treatments can best be combined to achieve visible, lasting results. We also answer your questions about effects, side effects and the timeline of the results.

Preparing for the treatment

Before the application, the skin is thoroughly cleansed and prepared for the treatment. If needed, a cooling gel or light anesthesia is applied to maximize comfort during the session. The skin surface is protected while the active ingredients of Lenisna Body and the energy of the RF microneedling work specifically in the deeper layers of the skin.

Lenisna Body treatment

Lenisna Body uses the power of PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) combined with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid to stimulate the body’s own collagen production. The active ingredients are placed precisely in the skin, tightening the tissue from within and improving the skin structure for the long term. This step activates regeneration in deep layers of the skin and provides more volume, firmness and glow.

RF microneedling treatment

Next, RF microneedling is used. Fine needles release targeted heat energy into the skin, further stimulating new collagen formation and activating metabolism in the connective tissue. Existing collagen fibers contract while new fibers are formed at the same time – a synergistic effect that further enhances the tightening and elasticity of the skin.

Aftercare and skincare

After the treatment, the skin may be slightly red or warm – this usually subsides within a few hours. You can return to your normal activities right away. To support the results, we recommend good hydration, gentle skincare and protecting the treated areas from extreme heat or direct sunlight.

Is the treatment painful?

Thanks to added lidocaine and gentle injection techniques, it is well tolerated.

Can nodules occur?

Thanks to the special particle structure, the risk is low – should nodules occur, they can be treated specifically with gentle RF.

How is Lenisna different from classic fillers?

Instead of artificially replacing volume, the skin is stimulated to regenerate itself from within – for lasting tightening without an artificial look.
