Detailed conversation.

We listen to you and take time for your health history, lifestyle, medications, allergies as well as your skin and well-being issues. Nothing is too small, every detail helps us to understand you holistically.

Analysis and classification. If necessary, we supplement the conversation with a skin analysis, vital signs measurement or a look at existing findings. This creates a comprehensive picture of your individual starting point.

Recommendation and treatment plan. Together we will develop a tailor-made plan that fits your goals, your everyday life and your budget. You will receive clear recommendations that you can take home with you at your leisure and implement at your own pace.

Why is the anamnesis so important?

Because we don’t start therapy “just like that”.
Every infusion, every recommendation is based on a clear understanding of what your body needs – and what it can’t tolerate at the moment.

Some minerals or vitamins may not be given in certain conditions.
Not everyone automatically benefits from vitamin C, NAD⁺ or amino acids.
We take a close look before we put anything into your body.
